I would say that the most impressive characteristic that Chris displayed was patience. Since we consider ourselves to be somewhat "fussy" along with being novice clients, there was, needless to say, multiple visits to the same homes over and over again. Chris was always willing to take the time to show the particular home to us. I got the impression that if we had taken years to find our dream house, Chris would have been there with us every step of the way and his professional manner would never have wavered.
